To create a successful website, you must first ask yourself some important questions and clearly define your marketing goals.
At Being Media we break each project into six phases, each of which ends with a client sign-off. We do this to keep the project on track and within the budget.
Phase 1: Defining Site Goals
Our designers will meet with people from your company to determine the objective of your website. What are your expectations and what do you see being the end result?
Phase 2: Developing the Website Structure
In this phase we need to determine how the information will be available to the websites visitors. We need to determine the technology and site navigation for the website.
Phase 3: Website Design and Build
Next we start the developing of graphics and layout for the site. We will ask you to provide information this may include logos, graphics and text that will be included on the website. We will present you with 2 page examples of the design.
Phase 4: Website Programming and Build
In this phase we determine what programming is needed for the site. All features will be built and tested by both you and us. Once this is completed the site is ready to go.
Phase 5: Website Release
The site will be up and running and tested once again. Then its time to get the word out about you new site.
Phase 6: Ongoing Site Maintenance
Your website is your face to the world so it must be kept up to date. This may include updating graphics, text, navigation and usability. We will work with you to establish a regular updating routine so your client's requests and their feedback is used to update you site.
